In the past, we have attended and hosted numerous charity events for all ages to showcase the beauty of Chinese traditional dance. We are launching a new community outreach project that aims to teach fun and engaging dance lessons to young kids at youth shelters and autism centers in Dallas.

Dance therapy, as demonstrated by the American Dance Therapy Association, utilizes movement to promote the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive well-being of an individual, rendering it a very effective way to enrich young lives.

By promoting dance therapy through this project, we aim to improve the overall well-being and quality of life of the disadvantaged and underserved youth across Dallas.
